Boaris is new to the city. He's moved a great distance from the east coast, but shares very little about his history. Many people are intimidated by him for his unusual stature and size for a berkshire pig. He feels self conscious for his intimidating appearance and doesn't want fellow herbivores to feel uncomfortable around him. Although he makes efforts to be amiable and friendly, his efforts come off as awkward which makes it hard for him to build a connection with other herbivores. Boaris, however, tries his best to ignore his loneliness and focus on his own work. He's a recently employed member working at Ruth's Automechanic Shop.

Physical
Boaris very clearly is larger than the average potbelly pig. He towers above other animals at a shocking 6'7". His coarse fur is a muted dark brown, and can easily be mistaken for black. His nose and face is always wrinkled, making his resting face appear furious. He has a few long scars running over his torso and arm. On his face is two cuts shaped like an X, and most prominently his right ear is missing. In place of it is another X shaped laceration.
Due to his upbringing, Boaris wasn't introduced into a social environment until his teens. This lack of community and parental guidance through his most formative years caused Boaris socially to fall behind in development. His teen years were spent making up for his lost childhood and learning how to integrate into society. Even afterward, he felt insecure in his body and distant from other animals that could not relate to his experiences. He found it difficult empathizing with other animals for their minor inconveniences. Boaris grew tiresome of being around other animals quickly. He slowly grew frustrated in a world that wouldn't acknowledge what happened to him. He holds a powerful resolve to defend prey from predator and although his body was a sign of shame for him, he can use its power to protect others from the same suffering that was inflicted on him.

Boaris saved Dima during a late night hunt and kept in contact since. Initially, he does not know that Dima himself is an active predator. He's able to make a genuine connection with Dima and it doesn't take long for the two to grow close and date.
Friend
Dima introduced Boaris is Hamelius, a fellow pig and an ex of Dima's. Boaris grows attached to Hamelius because he doesn't find him intimidating and invites him to hang out as a pigbrother. Boaris treasures Hammy as a fellow pigbrother.
