Peggy was initially a delinquent back in the days where things were normal. However, whenever the tragedy of Crimson Death struck, the death of her parents due to the pandemic caused her to seek revenge. Thus, this delinquent joined up with the rebels seeking revenge. She's a bit of a hothead and can be reckless at times, but she has good intentions nonetheless. Her constant seeking for revenge does stir up quite a lot of trouble, both for herself and others. She'll pretty much do whatever it takes to accomplish her goal, which can be a bad thing at times. Her determination and fiery passion is noted by virtually everyone she meets.
