Came from the Embryo of the Appleseed, chained by the White Queen, but undeniably outranks all

Calculating, adaptable, emotional, longing, kind, patient, melancholic, audacious, loyal.
Raspy, low and deep voice; distinctly British, North-Western Manchester industrialism
6'4-5", tall and rectangular build average musculature, not beefy nor skinny
Fair skin, golden eyes, blond eyebrows and blond eyelashes and stubble
Long, oval face with a tall nose (bump in the bridge), cupids bow mouth and long chin. Slight protruding eye sockets, large and expressive hooded eyes.
Short, curly hair, predominantly blond with multihues like that of a summer sky fresh from a thunderstorm
Constantly leaks black tears from eyes
Complex, black as pitch bodysuit (with red and blue shifts) that is always "hazy" and out of reach, acts likes a mirage and is never in focus
Has wings on his back and head, but generally only with the bodysuit
Can read minds, feel emotions and have an influence on memories. Just, really powerful and OP and I'm gonna be real the only person who can match him is Momo
His story so far is this:
- Was sent by the White Queen to kill Motonari permanently, but found him to be intriguing and also just an even match which had never happened before for the both of them
- They play into this game of trying to kill each other but can never really achieve it, and slowly they bond over it
- Garden is the only one who really likes the other, bordering on infatuation
- Because of this, he lets his guard down on accident and Motonari (who is at the time Chief of Police), takes advantage of this and kills Garden
- Proceeds to dump Garden's body in a wishing well, and later finds out he's pregnant with Garden's child
- Garden cannot die, and thus is resurrected by the White Queen some years later
