Personality:
Sybil is modest and shy. Use to not being wanted around and avoided she tends to keep to herself unless someone shows non malicious interest in her. In which case she can become very friendly and almost motherly, wanting to do everything she can to return the kindness shown to her. As such she can be rather gullible latching onto the first nice thing and unwilling to acknowledge the faults thereafter. When picked on she tens to shut down, turning her back and ether ignoring or becoming statuesk. She is very much honest and simply wishes to find people who trust and like her.
Ability: Lightning Rod
The Pokémon draws in all Electric-type moves. Instead of being hit by Electric-type moves, it boosts its Sp. Atk.
Move Set:
- Bonemerang (Ground)
The user throws the bone it holds. The bone loops around to hit the target twice coming and going.
- Shadow Ball (Ghost)
The user hurls a shadowy blob at the target. This may also lower the target's Sp. Def stat.
- Will-O-Wisp (Fire)
The user shoots a sinister, bluish-white flame at the target to inflict a burn.
- Hex (Ghost)
This relentless attack does massive damage to a target affected by status conditions.

Bio:
Once there was a kangaskhan and its child, and they lived a happy life. As is the tragedy that is the origin of cubone one day the little family was attacked by overly hostile pokemon. The mother did everything within her power to save her offspring but died in the act. This then triggered her child to begin to change into a cubone, but the change was interrupted part way through as the child too died causing it to become a litwick mid change and consume its mothers spirit. Because of being mid way through its cubone change and all the spirit tangling going on the result was a living cubone litwick hybrid pokemon. In rage at its mothers death it attacked the aggressive pokemon, running the already startled pokemon off. Left alone the new creature was forced to make a life for itself without a mother. Like Kangaskhan she retained her nurturing tendencies but usually found herself alone for most pokemon seemed put off by her glass skull and iron body. Lacking the common mischievous and prankster nature of ghost pokemon they to tended to avoid her. So she finished growing up primarily alone, making small friendships with a few pokemon who would ignore her strangeness but often she would move on, seeking out a place where she truly belonged. After some years of traveling she has found herself in the Unova region, reaching out to the local guild in hopes that maybe here is where she can settle down at last.
