Sir Static

Sir Static is an off the wall individual who causes mass disturbances due to his ability to brainwash others and causing them to rampage in a twisted party like mob and unknowingly become violent toward those around him. While this can fail, Static is still by himself a dangerous foe, being unpredictable and hard to track due to his speed. He can't hit very hard, but due to said speed, his fighting style is based on wearing his opponent down before finishing them off. While he mostly resorts to violence, he is also a smooth talker and manipulator due to his brainwashing abilities. Static doesn't regret any of his actions, and views his actions as his own twisted version of fun.
