Ariette Latimer the Second, Storm-Bringer, Hade's Champion.

Her status as Hade's Champion/Vessel is kept under wraps due to England's laws and political situation

Ariette is tall and quite slender, at times being mistaken for being anorexic which is kind of hard to avoid when your diet is literally liquid (blood duh). Her hair is naturally white but as she is nearing her maturity, it is turning a bright silver. Her hair is typically cut in a choppy bob with long bangs. She's often seen with heavy eye make-up and slytherin-themed lipsticks. She never wears glasses, disliking the trouble of wearing them but has changed her bright red eye color to a glowing gold following much complaint from her fellow students. Apparently it freaked them out so much that they would run away in a panic from her, which made her very insecure as she wanted to make friends so she wrote home and obtained a *slighty-very-extremely illegal* ritual in order to cloak her natural eye color. Unfortunately for her, her eyes still glow and are as intense as ever however people seem to like the gold more than the red so she's kept it. She often wears trinkets featuring Hade's symbols and is always seen with her safety amulet that sends a mild shock if something dangerous is in her reach. She wears an earring on her left ear which acts as a block on her dangerously dark magic. She flaunts both her body and her position through her uniform, though it can hardly be considered such. Her skirt, whilst in a shade of black or gray as Hogwarts rules specify, is incredibly short and sheer. She prefers lace and silks which are rather ... revealing. Her favourite top is a collared brocade velvet top with black lace trim however she has been known to wear other green colored shirts. She's a proud slytherin and her wardrobe reflects that, being stocked with greens, blacks, greys, and dark browns. She always wears a small collared cape and a black choker, although the fabric of it differs. Her shirts are almost always long sleeved in order to (strangely enough) cover her arms. This is because her arms are marked with an invocation spells and various runes, and because Blood Magic is illegal in Britain, she must keep her arms covered. She also favors long socks and garters. Instead of a standard hogwarts robe, she sports negligee-style lace robes (which are not technically breaking the rules!!). On the back of her left hand is a large black mark (Hade's Mark) which glows gold when Hade's power/blessing is invoked successfully or she's acting as Hades' Vessel.

Hade's Champion

As a babe, her family performed a rare ritual to invoke the gods and ask for their judgement. She was chosen by Hades to be his vessel and champion, gaining both the protection of Hades and Death and all the perks that come with it. She cannot be touched by death (even vampiric death) and can invoke Hades to gain extra powers when needed. She often is summoned in Hade's stead (when the fucker can't be bothered to answer) and is generally a big grump because of this. Imagine smacking face first into the ground and being awoken in a random filthy house because somebody decided to use a summoning circle for Hades?? Story of her life unfortunately...

When Hades needs to manifest on Earth for non-lethal purposes, she is the first choice due to her incredible ability to withstand his power. She has seen Hade's pure form many times and has free passage in hell. She spent most of her childhood in hell's halls and is seemingly unimpressed by demons of all kinds. Whilst Hades is a father figure to her, Death is more the infuriatingly mysterious uncle and it bothers her how much Headmaster Dumbledore acts like him (she's often suspicious that Death is Dumbledore if she didn't know better). 

As Hade's champion, she must perform regular sacrifical rituals in order to give Hades power to manifest on the mortal realm in his natural state (meaning, not through a vessel). The sacrifices range from living to dead to human. Often times, the internet is a good place to find people stupid enough to willingly become a sacrifice but inmates/ex-inmates are often used by her as well. She uses blood-magic extensively and is deeply entrenched in the Dark Arts. 

Ever since coming to England, her duties have become difficult to maintain but she uses the guise of Voldemort and his death-munchers in order to finish her own rituals and murders. She is however not particularily fond of Voldemort but is uninterested in him or his multiple-horcruxes, leaving the mortals to deal with him. He is not her concern and despite his complete arrogance, he is weary of provoking the Italian Vampires. She holds a sort of diplomatic immunity (so to say) as a visiting representative of the Italian Vampire Covens, staying out of English Vampiric affairs. 

Not that anybody has asked but as the "niece" of Death and Hade's Champion, she could get rid of Voldemort permanently however this fact is unknown to all except her close family as this would paint a huge target on her back. She isn't too fond of Dumbledore and his ilk either and is generally unwilling to help them out. 

Vampiric Abilities: 

A vampire upon their majority will start the process of becoming an occulemns/legilimens mastery under the guidance of a vampire elder. Usually this elder is the same mentor that has been assigned at birth and most of the time is nottheir parents, close family, or godparents. Upon their majority, the empath powers that all full-blooded vampires have, are awakened and it can be extremely traumatising if the process is not firmly controlled to allow them to adjust to the new influx of information. A vampire uses their empath skills traditionally in the hunting of their prey however in the modern day it is used more to ascertain the state of their blood donor/s (as they share a semi-romantic, if not fully romantic relationship). Blood given willingly by healthy donors tastes better so vampires take great care to keep their donors happy and fighting-fit. It is highly important for fledgelings to study the theory of mind magics in preparation of their majority in order to ease the onslaught of foreign emotions. The earlier occlumency is mastered, the easier it is to lock the unwanted stream of data behind their mental walls. That being said, a vampire's body and magic attempts to lessen the strain by allowing vampires to have an unusual affinity to mind magics.
*I must emphasise that in the modern age, these mind skills are less instrumental than the past as donors eliminate much of the evolutionary traits that allowed vampires to gain the skills necessary to survive as a predator

Wand: 11 inches and made of unyielding Elder Wood, with a Powdered Dragon Scale and Owl Feather Core. Equipped with a Hazelnut hilt and a Black Tourmaline focus at the base.

As a vampire, a custom wand was required to be able to handle the magical stain her condition has upon her magic. Not a wand to be used lightly, this is a particularly picky wand (much like it's owner) and will reject those it feels is not worthy. It features intricate hand carved runes on the underside of the wand with rococo-style vines winding all around. The leaves are gilded in gold. The rare Hazelnut hilt is made of wood harvested on the Full Moon of Samhain on midnight, cut from a virgin branch on the eastern side of the tree by a cutter facing east before being presented to the rays of a rising sun
This is a wand custom built for it's owner. Not a wand to be used lightly, this is a particularily picky wand just like it's owner. It features intricate hand carved runes and a rococo-style gilded decoration, with a bespoke hilt fashioned. The Elder wood was harvested within the cycle of the thirteen moon, on the thirteenth day before Samhain. Elder wood derives its symbolism of endings, rebirth, renewal and death

It's rare Hazelnut hilt is crafted from wood harvested on the full moon of All Hallows Eve on midnight. The wood is cut from the eastern side of the tree by a cutter facing east, before being presented to the rays of the rising sun. The dark and mystic wand is balanced by the double light-inclined core of powdered dragon scales and an owl feather which enhance finesse and high speed casting respectively. The cores are powerful in their propensity for careful, high-powered spells however do not fare well with transfiguration spells. A Black Tourmaline acts a psychic shield for the more negative tendencies of vampires by providing a powerful grounding presence between the spirit and earth whilst aligning energy centres. The focus also provides some protection against of the stain of darker magic and spells.

 

 Aspirations

1. To start a secret club for the more ... grey/darker magics. As pure theory of course, but she would also like to debate ethics and politics in the club. She would call it [Runes, Obscure Magic and Spell Experimentation] a.k.a ROME Club

2. To stay out of England's war

3. To preserve her status as Hade's Champion and Vessel

4. To get even with her prank loving "uncle" (read: Death)

5. To seek out other God's champions, prophets, and vessels

6. To keep relations between English and Italian vampires stable

7. Marry Lucifer the MorningStar

 Design Notes:
She has two standard outfits, Hogwarts and Hade's Vessel. 
Her hogwarts outfit may be drawn without her outer robe, and artistic license to her proper outfit (as described above in physical appearance, she's a growing girl with a deep love for fashion). She must be drawn with her earring, her amulet and her current hairstyle. All else is up to you. I would prefer the below outfit though as it is her "default"

Her Hade's Vessal look is more set in stone and whilst she may wear other things underneath her cloak set, she must have the following characteristics:
1) Either GOLD HADE'S MARK on her left hand or BLACK HADE'S MARK + INVOCATION & RUNES
2) If you choose to draw the GOLD hade's mark, you must also draw her eyes as a blazing, otherworldy shining light which pierces through the darkness of her hood.
3) Her face must be darkened, owing to the heaviness of her hood. 
4) She must be wearing her helmet combo: a plated silver headpiece (a pointed sort of helm/circlet mix whose point sits between her eyes) that goes UNDER her hood but OVER her hair ++++ Hade's Mark (which features an emerald gemstone and is affixed to her headpiece but goes OVER her hood. It lies over her nose.)
5) Her mark must be visible
6) Her Hooded Cloak must be black and of a heavy material (not transparent)
7) The design of her cloak must not change and it is supposed to close in the front
7) She may wield a weapon, which is a traditional scythe + book of souls OR scythe + hourglass
8) Her clothes underneath the cloak must be as similar to the below as possible
