Miari was not the first confirmed male Diclonius, but the second that's not related to Kaede. When Miari was an infant, he was found in a basket, covered up with blankets on an older woman's doorsteps by the name of Okemia, who took him in to be his mother. It's unknown why his parents left him for someone to look after him; Miari believes it has to be a good reason for their sake, but uncertain.

Abilities/Skills
Vectors: a form of telekinetic/psychokinesis energy weapon that manifests as invisible arms; furthermore, acts as an infection by mutating humans' DNA so that all of their children will be Diclonii from the point of infection onward.
