Manitka's dad!

He's a scientist, and collector of frogs. He passed down his love of reptiles and amphibians to Manitka, along with her love for exploring woods and forests. 

Manitka's closer to her dad than her mom, as he makes time to bond with her more than Alexzi does, as she's always too busy with work.

Manitka admires him a lot and often unconsciously (and sometimes consciously) mimics him.

He has terrible eyesight.
