Redesign:

▪ You can redesign the character, but I must remain credited as the original creator of the design. 

▪ On toyhou.se you can add the redesigner as a designer, but they cannot take credit as the creator. 

Sales:

▪ Some designs have restrictions on sales/trades. These terms must be followed.

▪ You cannot add additional rules to my designs when you sell/trade/gift them to others.

Comercial use:

▪ The original image(s)/artwork the character came with cannot be used for commercial use. Those images are for personal non-commercial use only. 

Adoptable communities:

▪ Designs that I have made for adoptable species should follow the groups terms over my own. Crediting me is still needed. 

▪ If you want to transfer my design into a closed species you must ask permission first. My terms will still apply to the design if transferred. 

Other:

▪ Don't use my designs as an NFT (non fungible token).

▪ Don't use my designs (or art) for ai training. 

▪ Don't repost the original images to twitter/x
