By buying a character from me you are agreeing to these terms wether or not you actually read them 

You do not need to ask me if you can redesign 

Credit for initial design is mandatory even if you redesign 

Please don’t delete them off of th 

Credit for art is Mandatory 

I reserve to blacklist for any reason as deemed necessary by me

I will blacklist if I find out you are just flipping my stuff 

I’m not going to monitor prices but I really hope if you do resell you keep prices reasonable to what you paid for them and the value of the art added on. Though if I do decide to check and see someone is really not being reasonable I reserve the right to blacklist 

Please do not sell my designs for money unless you paid money for them. 

I don’t have any restrictions to how a character is used(except commercial) but please don’t use a character of mine to attack me or something in that nature

I do not give commercial rights unless discussed and if a fee has been discussed and paid.
