A devilishly handsome vampire lord that spends all his days in leisure and grandeur. His favorite past time is inviting beautiful women to his mansion with the promise of marriage and playing 'house' with his victims. Romancing them, speaking sweetly, and draining their blood while they are none the wiser. He's lost count of how many fiances he's been through. His latest, a chronically ill woman by the name of Sylvie, is the only one who has not fit his mold. She isn't his typical idea of 'pretty' but he can tell she is not homely when looking through her deathly appearance. Rather than cast her out and away he decides to keep her, his reasoning and purpose unclear. But he can't let her leave his home.
