Catthrine was born as a niece to Chill. They have an age gap of 15 years. Catthrine had good childhood including both her parents, Cherry and Diamond. But as her grandparents split apart, Chill came to live with her, Cherry and Diamond. Catthrine and Chill got along well, despite some disputes. As Catthrine graduated, she started to take up cooking and baking with her mother and father, soon after selling what she made at a stand. It was a good small business in the summer, but all her sales pretty much vanished by winter. Diamond suggested Catthrine take cooking college and open her very own baking store. Catthrine decided to go down that path and entered college at 18. While in college, she met Doggo, who was in almost all her classes. Through mutual talk, they eventually became friends, then became boyfriend and girlfriend. She took cooking/baking courses for 4 years before coming back home as a training chef. Diamond and Cherry decided to celebrate with a giant party including Chill and Catthrine's friends, including Doggo. As she got older and started to work at multiple different bakeries, she got enough money have a wedding with Doggo at the age of 22 which the whole family attended. They celebrated with buying their own shop just a year later with the left over money. Unfortunately, they made wrong investments, not enough customers and had to resell it just after a few months. But they got more than their money back. As tragic as losing their dream shop was, there was an upside with Catthrine getting hired at a highly known bakery. After working at the bakery for a few years, she had to take a long break at 23 since she was pregnant. Eventually, Limecake was born. But in the December after both Limecake and Catthrine's birthdays, Diamond was killed in a fatal car crash. Catthrine was distraught, but with Diamond's will money, she was able to reopen her dream shop and push past her grief; instructions by Diamond herself. Now, at 35, Catthrine still owns her dream shop and lives with Doggo and her daughter, Limecake.

Catthrine is nice and optimistic. Some, especially teenage Chill can find her optimisim annoying, since she will see the light in things, no matter what it is. When her mother died, she believed that she would watch over Limecake in a 'rebirth' like way. Catthrine likes to talk to people which makes her a great store owner since she can pick out who she likes in people and who has the likeliness to work with/for her. Personally, Catthrine like people who are passionate but shy, she calls them 'toned-down passionates' and has then work with the baking and food making. She's sassy though and if she comes across a karen like customer, she will talk back and start a whole arguement which isn't good when critiquing chefs come into her shop since it ends in a huge arguement with Catthrine upset and going on a new recipe rampage. Sometimes, because of it, she'll change everything in her shop overnight. With stresses her out, but she donates all food and ingredients she doesn't use to other shops, food banks or schools. Catthrine just has a probably with overstressing herself out and burning herself out.
