  Global Design Rules   

Sales and Trades

Selling anything you received for free or traded for is an immediate route to being blacklisted.
• This especially applies to free seasonal pups from the species Mistwolves, and any design you may have gotten from me for free from either an event, giveaway, or game.

  You may resell anything you bought from me for the price it costed + Any additional commissioned artwork.
• If you have a design you traded for with paid artwork, you may add the monetary value to the design from said artwork so long as it wasn't a commission with purposefully heightened prices purely to add resale value.
However you may not do the same with free designs unless you have my prior permission.

Species Grow-ups, Redesigns, Ocs, Etc

  Pups made by me in Mistwolves may only be grown after a time period of six months has passed.
• They may be grown by anyone so long as you're not using the grown version to violate or override my design rule afterwards.

  You may have my creations redesigned whenever you please by whoever you please, however I will not do it myself under really any circumstance unless I'm bothered by it personally!
• Again, no using this as an excuse to violate my design terms! I'm still the original creator regardless of what is done to it.

  You can remake my designs into whatever you'd like, or give them alternate forms of different species, I really don't care and this is just here for clarification purposes!
• You can turn CS into OC's or the reverse, You can turn CS into other CS, I genuinely do not care and do not need to be asked?
• I have no rules in regards to what you can or cannot do with your character in terms of design or lore, or even artwork. I don't care and I'm not liable for whatever happens to my creations once they've left the building.
• There are very few exceptions to these rules and on the designs they are applicable to you are told upfront. If your design doesn't have an additional set of design-restricted rules, just follow what you see here accordingly! 

Very Strict Rules 

  I do not, will not, and will never allow the use of my designs in grids.
• My brain does not view them as the fun mix and match format that many others do, I have a visceral reaction to seeing things I put love and time into being senselessly bred or multiplied for somebody's gain. I have an extreme aversion towards subjects of this matter, and my hatred for grids is often extreme considering the amount of character's I have received that I later discovered were a part of one without me being told prior.

  Of course, my rule in regards to grids does not apply to permanently paired groups of character's or designs.
• My dislike of grids aside, I am aware that for some they are the only source of being able to have children of their own (Cursed wolves in Mistwolves, for example) or are a good way to mix every parents traits together. Which is why I'll allow my designs to be in such things only under the clear condition that my design may only cross paths with others that they are in a canonical, long-term relationship with.
• This is the only compromise I will come to when it comes to my use of designs in grids. 

  Do not, under any condition, message me NSFW artwork of my designs.
• The fact I have to write this PROVES some people lack common sense.
• I had this happen to me as a minor and I'm still incredibly uncomfortable with what happened till this day. I'm adverse to topics of this kind to begin with, so please don't make me have to blacklist and block you permanently because of this.
