Raiden Arashi

Raiden Arashi is lord of the Arashi clan. He's also known as the Blue Panther demon. Similar to Kisame being known for a big bank of chakra as "The tailedless beast" Raiden has a good control over special electricity of different types. Mainly a master of storm release. (Black lightning) His last name is different depending on the time frame of his life. There's little info to why... Arashi is his most known. Or Ranton. Very few knew of him using the Inuzuka household name. (Once you learn more about him, he earned clans reputations by faking his last name through various parts of the lands as tributes to the clans that did him various training for various forbidden techniques.)
