Backstory: Rory is a usually-quiet, sarcastic and hot-blooded jailbird punk who often gets into fights with other kids. They're a bully to Steven and a few other kids, but eventually, they become friends with him and the other Outcats (this is the name of their group chat). Deep down, they do have a soft spot, they just don't like showing it to others beyond people close to them.
Abilities: Much like their Ruby mother, they're a pyrokinetic.
