These terms of use only apply for characters/designs CREATED by me (that you own).

These terms do not apply for any characters/designs which I am an additional designer.

With characters/designs created by me:

You're free to:

• Use them in any type of media, commercially or not.
  • Which includes and are not limited to: TV series, Cartoons, Comics, Webcomics, Youtube videos, etc.
  • No credit necessary.
  
  
• Change any and all parts of the design freely.
  • They can be redesign, overhauled, be changed to be part of an closed/open species, etc.
  • Changes includes and are not limited to: body type, markings, colors, clothing, accessories, etc.
  • The original design may be kept or removed from the character, however, it will still belong to you.
  
  
• Use them in personal items and merch.
  • Which includes and are not limited to: Pins, Clothing, Stickers, Toys, Plushies, etc.
  • No credit necessary.
  
  
• Resell/Retrade/Regift/Raffle them off.
  
• Write/Draw/Create NSFW content.

You are not allowed to:

• Use them in any weird gross shit.
  • You know who you are.
  
  
• Use it in any and all artficial intelligence generated imaging software/website/program/app.
  • Fuck AI.
  
  
• Use it in any and all forms of Non-Refundable Tolkiens (NFT).
