Intimidating at first appraoch, Neal is a gruff soul who takes his work seriously. A line cook for a friend's restaurant, he specializes in soups and broths. His sturdy personality allows him to roll with most of the punches that this job throws at him. That said, even he isn't immune to frustration, and he has taken his anger out on the walk-in freezer door quite a few times. He is actually very easy to talk to behind the scary exterior, and he gets along well with those brave enough to start a conversation. He doesn't take a whole lot of nonsense from people, and no-one has ever seen him lose a fight.
