Scout is easily described as kind and enthuisiastic. She's obviously fully in love with the career she's beginning to build for herself, and she exudes that love onto those around her. She's polite first and foremost, absolutely abhoring the idea of insulting someone or saying something inappropriate. She has a surprisingly tough skin considering she doesn't look to, but being in the industry she's in she has to. However, it's still only been two years since she properly began pursuing an entertainment career, and it's not unusual for her happy-go-lucky facade to crack and reveal her disappointment and fears. She hates putting people in the awkward position of "dealing" wiht her negative emotions... so she doesn't and keeps it locked up.

Scout Lucia Curtis was born in Columbus, Ohio, as the only child of Gina and Anthony Curtis. She quickly found a love and skill in music and dancing, so her parents helped her cultivate this ability by taking her to classes and investing in multiple types of dance and singing coaches. When she was twelve she started her own YouTube channel, which she worked at with little reward for nearly two years before an independent entertainment company in New York reached out to her for hire. From there, she and her parents moved to New York and bought an apartment there thanks to Scout's new employers. Eventually, the employers extended to Japan to form an idol group, and they shipped Scout out as an American representative to draw in an American audience. Her parents were unable to follow her to Japan for almost a year due to legal trouble with their apartment, during which she ended up living alone for a few months. However, she met and befriend an old Youtube hero of hers, Suzuki Ikkei, who offered his apartment and tutelage to her and allowed her to move in.
An older brother figure, Ikkei was one of Scout's role models as a child that further helped her start and pursue a career in dance and entertainment. Scout sees him as the older brother she never had, though he also acts a teacher to her. [Character by emberchii]
Ikkei's younger sister, Hotaru acts as a sister to Scout, though it was an awkward relationship start. However, neither could stand the awkward tension and decided to hang out and become friends. [Character + Art by emberchii]
Tsubaki was the one person in Japan that Scout knew thanks to a Discord server they were both in. They both gained crushes on each other over the handful of years they met online, which only kindled into actual love once they met in person when Scout moved. [Character + Art by emberchii]
