Please read before purchasing a design from me. This includes designs I've revamped, unless the original designer says otherwise. If that designer is inactive than my rules apply to the design.

Purchasing/Trading

I currently only take paypal.

All designs must be paid within 72 hours from claim time. I can hold a character for a maximum of two weeks. I don't mind if people backout of the purchase for any reason.

I currently have no one on my blacklist. I'd like to keep it that way.

Only resell designs as for the same price as it was purchased unless it has about 3 pieces of added art, then it may be sold for more than bought. For designs that were obtained for free, they must have 5 pieces of art before they can be sold. Uncolored, messy sketches do not count.

Design gifting and trading is allowed.

I will never revoke a design unless it wasn't properly bought to begin with. Do not do chargebacks as that counts as scamming.

Usage

The designs owner is free to upload the design wherever, with credit if possible.

Do not turn my designs into closed/semi-open species. Please contact me before turning them into an open species.

Ask before turning one of my designs into a closed/open species.

My designs can be used for whatever the owner wants. I don't care, unless it's something obviously bad. (Hate speech, etc... NSFW is allowed.)

Contact me before using a design commercially. All designs are personal use unless stated otherwise. I keep characters I've let go for commercial use on my own list.

Do never remove my credit as one of the designers on a character. Even if the character has been heavily revamped. I am still the original creator. Don't sperate my designs into two and remove my credit on one.

Failing to follow any TOS of mine will end up a permanent block. Legal action can be taken depending on severity.
