Personality
On the surface, Peh Pey is amicable and easy-going so long as he can do what he wants. He has an unhealthy fixation with frogs. Though he wishes for humans and frogs to get along, he has a bias towards frogs due to his distrust in humans.
Backstory
One time when he and his family was in France, he nearly choked to death on a frog leg. In the hospital, he experienced a psychedelic dream where he died as a human and was reborn into a frog. He lived 99 long long years (in the dream) and by doing so, achieved a sage status amongst the frogs and was able to have a human form. So now basically he’s frog kin and claims he’s the frog ambassador.

- He once claimed Toad was his favorite Super Mario character without knowing what Toad looked like. Can you imagine the disappointment on his face when he discovered the truth?
