Design TOS

➤ You may make any changes to any pre-existing and custom made designs that are traded/sold/gifted to you (gender, body type, personality, etc.)

➤ You may make any of my designs your fursona, alters fursonas, mascots, any offsite persons fursonas etc.

➤ You may draw NSFW with any of my designs you receive as long as you are of age, and the character is of age & has an anthropomorphic form.

➤ You may redesign the character till it is unrecognizable as my design. However i still require credit for the old design

➤ You may co-own my designs, but please do not make multiples of the character. One profile per character, please.

➤ You may make prints/buttons/stickers of the design i've made and sell them for profit.

➤ You may private a design I've made, but i prefer to be authorized so i can see my design being used!

➤ You may not use my design to promote hateful ideologies or engage in inappropriate behavior such as transphobia, racism, homophobia, zoophilia (this includes feral pornography), pedophilia (this includes pro-shipping) etc.

Resell/Trade TOS

➤ You may trade or gift any designs of mine

➤ You may sell/resell any of my designs.
     -In the case of receiving it as a gift, additional art must be added to sell the character for monetary value.
     -If the character was received via trade and no extra art was added, you may sell the character at the original value (for example, if you traded your character worth $100 for my design worth $50, my design is still $50. You may not sell the character at the worth of another.)

➤ You may not sell a design for more than it's worth for any reason. You may not upsell my design because you like it a lot, or for any other reason.

➤ You may not add any additional rules to a design by me. EX; trade-locking yourself to the design, prohibiting from people changing the design as they please, etc.
