RULES WHEN YOU BUY MY ADOPTS (DIFFERENT RULES FOR ARTFIGHT MINIGAME SERVER DESIGNS! SCROLL DOWN. BASIC RULES DO APPLY TO #guessadopts minigame.)

I have a personal belief that once I sell you an adopt, it's yours and your new design/kid/baby/etc. Or design to trade away as you will. —-

I personally don’t demand royalties as the design is completely yours. HOWEVER, I would REQUIRE a royalty (note me to discuss) if you sold my original artwork on stickers and t-shirts or any other merchandise. Not the design if it is YOUR ORIGINAL RENDITION OF THE PIECE. If you made a comic and it gathers ad revenue but you worked with that character and it's you or someone else's work and you made the merch and it's completely original, then I won't bother you.

TL;DR: Commercial use of the design is OKAY, not commercial use of the original artwork. Please credit me in some way if you start making a profit, but it’s mandatory you don’t claim as your own or anyone else’s work. ——

FOR ARTFIGHT SERVER DESIGNFOR MINIGAME DESIGNS THE “BASIC ADOPT RULES” BELOW DO NOT APPLY! Rules on Commercial Use above does count. >I understand when I make a design there, I am giving up 100% ownership. Do whatever you want, just please do not claim as your own work. Credit is HIGHLY appreciated. ——

Basic Adopt Rules:

I will never revoke a design. If the TOS is broken though, you will be barred from my future works.

(Applies to Designs bought, won from guess adopts or traded with me that I made)

>You can rename and redesign the char as you'd like! Though, please keep something recognizable to the original design. Alter whatever you want! >Don't resell for more than you got unless you add art of equal value- and don't claim the original art or design as your own work. >Credit only needed when used for the first time/first time design is used on any website, just so people can track me down. >Don’t delete or erase my watermarks. >No refunds or tradebacks- by trading OCs you made or making customs in exchange for my work I have the full rights (credit will be given though!) to the design given to me. I will contact about royalties if the character becomes prominent or if merch is a consideration. It is to your discretion if you respond or accept. >Don't make a species out of my designs. No need to read the rest of this bullet if you aren’t planning to. You may warp them into any species, but don't make them their own. Like don't make my design into a new "closed" or "open" species. Fitting into another existing species is a-okay; i.e. if you make a bird adopt and fit it into a bird themed closed species, that's fine. If you make a group or any type of species out of it to profit off of or to claim ownership of, that's wrong and is considered theft. However if it was given a species name i.e. one of my Keeper adopts were given something like "Voidmasks" for, say, a comic book and you don't require people to buy into it or follow a set of rules/traits like all species groups, I mean, I won't stop you there. Just don't act like you own the concept, you only own the design you bought.

I retain the right to change these rules- however, these are pretty set in stone :)
