Design Notes
- His shirt is optional, but preferred. It has only two buttons near the top but is never buttoned anyway.
- His eyes are blue—the same shade as the dark stripes on his shirt.
- He has three stripes on each of his upper front legs, three stripes on his back, and six stripes on his tail, the furthest three of which circle all the way around his tail.
Very self-absorbed and egotistical. Has quite the following due to his position and his fame definitely gets to his head.
The governor of the most technologically advanced city on Silverdawn. Hasn't actually contributed much. He used to be next in line for the throne of his kingdom, Requia, but was invalidated as an heir after coming out as aroace, due to the endangered status of his species, in a desperate attempt by the kingdom to stay afloat. Bitter, he sought the status that was robbed from him elsewhere by establishing Soul City, which grew to be incredibly technologically advanced due to its groundbreaking use of magic. Unfortunately, he is not very good at it himself.
