Personality
Coy is a quiet and sensitive kid. He gets anxious around others very easily as he cannot express himself due to his muteness. He also tends to be very submissive to anyone talking to, to avoid conflict on his part. He gets extra embarrassed when they don't understand his signing.
Likes
Hugs
He's a loser for physical touch and affection, so he is always craving hugs. he will take any hug offered at any given time.
Forehead Kisses
It makes him feel warm inside.
Fighting
Fighting helped released any pent-up emotions he had.
Cozy sweaters
He loves being warm and snuggled up. So he makes all of his sweaters in his closet filled with warm and cozy knitted sweaters.They make him feel safe
Dislikes
Noise
Since he is mute, he is gets very overwhlemed with noise. So big parties are loud enviorments really make him uncomfortable. If put into these settings, he wears earmuffs to make him feel comfortable.
the cold
Althought he came from a rather cold place,he hates being cold.So he loves to snuggle up and layer up any chance he can get.
Fighting
He only hates fighting because of how beat up he gets from it.He thinks the pain he gets after a good fight isn't fun at all.
being ignored
It is already bad enough he can't speak up for himself(haha...). So when people don't see his efforts to communicate he gets bummed out.

Mute since Birth
He never was able to make a proper sound, the most sounds he can do are grunts and moan; He struggles to say words and if attempted, you have to listen carefullt as they are very low and hard to decipher. He also doesn't like the sound of his squeaks.
Can get very attached
Very clingy with his partners;his first boyfriend broke up b/c of how clingy he can get, also bc he wouldn't have sex with him in the relationship.

Hes just a big loser that wants constant affection, rather than getting it down.
doesn't have many friends
Mainly because he was told it was hard to communicate with someone he can't speak.
Summary
He is also this way because of the ex-boyfriend he had in early high school. He found out he was very clingy with people and he didn't seem to like it. His boyfriend only had intentions that were to please his sexual desires and tried to guilt-trip him and made Coy self-conscious. This made him think he was unappealing in every way and more insecure about his voice and ends up giving in which made him feel worse.
Kaido
The only person he doesn't act as shy with is Kaido. Ever since Kaido challenged him in middle school for no reason, Coy was able to let his anger out on him and not be so shy. It was reliving for him at the least for everything piling up and just can't tell his parents about it. Kaido continued to bother him all the way to college, but even though he hated him with his guts, he appreciates how he fights him despite his deficiencies.
Trivia

Kaido
In middle school, Kaido decided to pick on him and they have been fighting each other since then. They hated each other guts until they went to the same college and were forced to work together.
Luke
Luke and Coy met in class and Luke was excited to meet a mute person in his life. Has learned Sign Language half his life and uses it to communicate with Coy as well as be his voice for him when needed. This created a bond with Coy and trusted him easily.
Vitos
He is one of Kaido's close friends and someone that isn't too much in his business which he likes. He so calm compared to the rest and is content just sitting in silence with him.
Neves
One of his first friends he made in college and is in the gymnastics club together. She is cool to hang out with and is good at keeping Coy's brain occupied.
