Profile
Dugong, along with his sister Manatee, hatched in the Sea Kingdom to his parents Tidepool and Tunicate. He was born under a full moon and received slight mindreading powers (he can only read minds if touching another dragon). Unlike him, his sister did not seem to receive any powers. He and Manatee are very close and they did everything together growing up. He and Manatee have a pet scavenger named Skipper, who they found in a wrecked ship. Dugong was able to bond quickly with Skipper by reading her feelings with his powers.
Dugong decided to attend Jade Mountain Academy along with his sister. They were put into separate winglets (Manatee in Silver and Dugong in Quartz). Skipper came with them and they took turns taking care of her.
