Fallen

A cat from the underworld. They don't have a mouth unless provoked or really pissed off. They work together with Rat and Equinox to rid the world of the undeserved murders of animals. They usually specialize in cats, but will also bring back other animals.

Fallen dives in and out of the afterlife, bringing back the souls of the dead and putting them back in their bodies, which are prepared by Rat. Usually these don't go right.
