Profile

Upon first glance, Skipper is your average 'unnoticed' inkling. Large, unnassuming glasses and a short stature, tentacles pulled back into a messy low ponytail. But they're not one to be misjudged, and they chose their style for a reason. It's easier getting around when you're not being the center of attention, and that's crucial for their fighting style. They wield an E-Liter 4K Scope, slipping behind enemy lines and brutally taking out any challengers that dare get within range.

Outside of turf, Skipper tends to be fairly quiet and reserved, their midnight blue hair helping them blend in. Their clothing style is usually fairly comfortable and loose, made up of messy sneakers, a zip-up jacket and their large square glasses. They are acquaintences with Mimko (or agent 4) , and is one of the very few inklings to know her identity. He finds her to be of the interesting sort, but they hardly exchange words besides those of advice or snippets about the weather. Normally, Mimko is swarmed by her other ring of friends before they can hold a long enough conversation- Especially since Skipper prefers not to be around crowds.

Agent 3 on the other hand, well, Skipper has... More than a few mixed opinions about them. Considering they're a celebrity, the fact that Moray seems so deadset on yelling and pushing away the residents who hadn't known better than to talk to him... Skipper profoundly dislikes their sour attitude and behavior, especially when it's unwarrented. Sure, they may be crabby and tired, but even Skipper tries to be affable at times. Agent 3 sticking around Mimko is no help either, loudly insulting her choices- god, it gets his ink boiling. But they hardly get involved- After all, drama doesn't tend to be their forte, and Mimko obviously still tolerates their presence, although he has no clue why.

He has no qualms with Octolings, and frankly feels a bit empathetic for them. Being stared at and ostracised all day can't be healthy, not to mention draining. However, once more, he prefers to stay out of the political struggle, choosing not to get involved in deescalating conflict unless it starts to get to scuffling in the lobby or otherwise.
