The Wishmaker, also commonly known as "The Holy God of Wishes Everywhere" is somewhat of a psychopomp, however, whose goal is to escort one from their miserable life, to assist them achieve happiness once more through the power of wishes.
The Wishmaker was once a being down on earth, but ever since his ascension to godhood, the proof of his life on earth is gone. Those who he has chosen to still have memories of him, retain them. However, those who do not have memories of him, don't remember that he exists. He is a concept. He is no longer a part of the universe.
The Wishmaker can see everything that happened, and everything that ever will. He can be everywhere at all times, even if you can't see him, or you can't hear him, he will be right by your side to help guide you.

The Wishmaker often acts as a fatherly figure, especially to those who do not have a proper father-like figure in their lives. He wants to give to those what he couldn't have on Earth.

Story
With an eye open, a hazy, blurry view was seen. Eyes closed again, with only the sound of deep breaths, a heartbeat, and rippling water.
“You are nothing but a concept now.”
Eyes shot wide open.
“Your existence on Earth has come to an end.”
Sitting up, the entity looked around the place. An endless swirl of pastel skies and stars surrounded him. What seemed to be like a floor rippled around him as he stood up, wobbly foot on wobbly foot.
“Memories that were previously kept of you no longer exist, you are no longer the person that was known as Avery LaFontaine. You, Wishmaker, are a god.” A small voice echoed.
A god…
Looking down, he saw a reflection of himself, halo atop his head, a set of wings upon his back. His hair now blue and purple celestial waves with stardust embedded into his luscious hair.
“And to what purpose do I serve now? To live in this endless realm of nothingness for eternity?”
“You, Wishmaker, are now a God of Wishes. Your goal now is to provide happiness to those who are in despair. With limitations, of course.”
Wishmaker looked out into the vast emptiness of the realm.
“If you’re worried about being lonesome, no worries. Company will come along soon. Tend to your business.” The voice faded away.
The Wishmaker took gentle steps around the area, the floor rippling as he took each fragile step, as if he were walking on water, truly the feat only a god could do. “Might as well put my new powers to the test.” He muttered to himself, as he faded away from the realm, to help others down on Earth.

The Timekeeper [ age-long rival . ]
The Timekeeper has been Wishmaker's rival, ever since the two of them were upon the Earthly plane. Since they now share the same space in The Starry Realm, it is hard for them to keep peace with one another, as they often bicker at each other, and Timekeeper will play with the fabric of time to get the results he wants.
