Timberfoot

Kit ||  When he was born, his parents lived in what they believed to be an abandoned badger den. He was the only kit of his litter, and they were going about their rouge lives happily together as their own small family. Shortly into his life, though, the badgers they thought left came back to their den to find the small family of cats living there. It was quick, and Timberkit can’t remember much of it, but next thing he knows he’s all alone in some salmonberry bushes under an oak tree. 

3☾ ||  Timberkit was trying to sleep in the nursery early one morning, when a peculiar kit woke him up trying to sneak out of the den. Curious, Timberkit followed the kit to the nursery entrance and proceeded to try and spook her... only to be scolded for being too loud. After deep contemplation, she let him follow her to wherever she was going - how exciting! He ended up seeing a special place the kit - later introduced as Brindlekit - liked to hang out in when she was trying to get away from everything. He learned about her like for plucking flowers, and for playing kit games. Snatching onto this common interest, he suggested they play fight. He is confident in saying he won, but not without Brindlekit mysteriously getting something in her eye that worried him halfway through the mighty battle. After their day of playing together they took a nap together, snuggling happily in Brindlekit's nest.

4☾ ||  When trying to sleep in one day in the nursery, covering his face with his fur to block out the sun, a leaf fell onto his nose and startled him awake. When he looked up, he was awe struck by a small she-kit that was flustered for the leaf waking him up from his nap. He tried his best to calm her down, striking up a conversation in hopes of gaining a new friend. He didn't expect it, but they became fast friends and the she-kit, named Leafkit, conducted a "Leaf Friendship" ceremony in which the two of them traded leaves and promised to be friends forever. Afterwards, the pair went on a tour, conducted by Leafkit, on all the best "leaf hunting" spots around camp. He was happy to have such a quirky and fascinating friend. It put a little color into his life that he needed! After their day of talking and bonding over leaves, the two went back to the nursery to keep talking the day away.

Apprenticeship || 

12☾||  Timberpaw was having a moment free of Berrywhisper and her trainings when a warrior came up to him rather cheery. This warrior introduced himself as Sugarflight. Timerpaw was skeptical as to why this warrior was so happy to be around him but overtime warmed up to him and came to even like the tom. He confided in him often and eventually saw Sugarflight as his adopted dad. This helped Timberpaw get through some pretty tough times and cope with being an apprentice when he didn't want to be one. Eventually Sugarflight gave Timberpaw a leaf to gift to his future mate, as a way of supporting Timberpaw even if he might not be there.

14☾||  Brindlepaw’s hopes were damaged after an interaction she had with Orchidpaw that caused her to push Leafpaw away in a rather painful way. It separated the two friends, and when Timberpaw found out he tried with all his power to make it better so they could all get back to normal again and have fun together. Well, that didn’t happen... and because of these problems Leafpaw and Brindlepaw have separated and created a void in their friendship that puts stress on Timberpaw as he tries to make the distance closer, like it once was. In trying to amend these mistakes Timberpaw pushed down his own emotions for the betterment of his friends, which caused him to force any hurtful or sorrowful emotions down so as to not let them affect those he cares for most, as what happened with Brindlepaw and Leafpaw. Though a painful choice that has caused him to move through problems alone, he feels it is better for the long run to keep his friends happy and be the best help he can be for them.

14☾|| Timberpaw decided to take a break from the noise and take a nap in the  nursery while he had some free time. This nap was short-lived,  however, as a small kit named Meadowkit found a large mound of fur and decided to investigate it. As she tapped him he lifted his head to see who it was and saw the small kit in awe at the apprentice. He greeted her and the first thing she said in response was call him a magic cat. He thought it was kind of funny so he introduced himself but she resolved to call him a magic cat. He came to just accept that kits are like this and this was his nickname so he just continued a normal conversation with her until he had to leave for his apprentice duties.

Warriorhood || 

16☾|| Timberfoot had been assigned to a patrol one day with Brindlesage and he didn't know how to handle it... At first he tried just to reach out to her and make amends, perhaps after a few moons they could finally become friends again and things would be better? But that was too easy of an answer, as Brindlesage didn't want to accept that things could change and had already damaged her options to make amends long ago. He ended up losing his temper and telling her off for being the reason that she can't be friends with them anymore. He left her alone for the rest of the patrol, leaving his parting words as "If you don't like being alone, stop going out of your way to be that way."

20☾|| Timberfoot was named a mentor to Goosepaw and he was terrified of how he would do as a mentor. Since he was such a horrible apprentice how could the leader expect him to be a good mentor? In his worries he went to his mentor, Berrywhisper, to ask for help on how to be a good mentor. After a good conversation and a heart-to-heart he went to meet his new apprentice. It was a tough learning experience for them both but somehow Goosepaw came to see Timberfoot as a father figure. He tried his best every day to be a good mentor and was proud of himself and Goosepaw each night they trained.

23☾|| Timberfoot was spending more and more time with Leafpelt and building up the courage to ask her to be his mate. He spent a few weeks giving her various gifts like flowers and honey combs to show his affection for her slowly, but she didn't understand it was because of his love rather than just being friendly. He found out quickly that he would have to tell her as bluntly as possible in order for her to understand what he was doing. He brought her to a lake one day to ask her out finally but couldn't find the courage as he saw a turtle and became too scared to speak. He eventually found the time to ask her once again, bringing her somewhere turtles weren't this time, and presented her with a bundle of leaves and flowers he got together for her. She thought it was sweet he found so many pretty leaves but then he asked her to be his mate and the mood changed to something much sweeter. He was relieved that after some consideration she said yes to him.
