Why can't we work and have fun at the same time?

Unlike most typical Agates, Botswana has the belief that all work and no play leads to an over-all less efficient output which she managed to effectively demonstrate to her higher-ups. Her bubbly personality is quite welcoming and her love of all things fun makes her the perfect fit as the leader of Entertainment at the Free Facet.

Best in small doses, Agate manages to stay loud and energetic in almost all situations, which can be quite off-putting to some. Though she is competent, she can still get carried away and forget to do her tasks or push it onto someone else.

As an Agate, Botswana was a militaristic Gem. She was formerly in charge of a squad of Quartz soldiers, training and battling alongside them.
Her most notable station was an assault force in Pink Diamond's first colony.

Being a Quartz Soldier, Agate has a naturally stronger body and is quite stronger than most Gems.
Botsy herself is proficient in the use of her flail; swinging it with ease, using it to grapple onto objects or foes. The flail is able to extend like a bungee chord as needed, as well as expand the head and spikes in size to give more weight to attacks.
