Night_Knight Hi!! Don't worry, I love talking about this stuff a lot and love getting questions!! <3 Most of my animal characters aren't really animals but more like people who look like animals, I like to draw them like that for thematic reasons but it's more like a metaphor type of thing so the animal that represents them is supposed to say something about how they look at the world and at themselves but they aren't literally an animal (but also it's more fun drawing animals ^^)

I like drawing characters that are more introverted and mature as herbivores or domesticated animals while characters who are more aggressive, unpredictable and energetic are usually carnivores. Angie here is very much inside her own head most of the time but she is happy that way so I didn't see her as a carnivore type but also she is very crafty and smart so I thought a rabbit or a hare could work for her as they are usually shown to outsmart predators in fables and children's tales and aren't as social as dogs for example. Thanks for letting me ramble about this btw it's always fun to talk about this fellas ^^
