Ruslan is a water demon born of a fling between Satan and a minor pagan river goddess. He has only one good eye,he injured his other eye and bare a scar from it. He's a friendly guy and loves to be around others. He has a numerous amount of brothers and has kind a lost track of who they are.

Ruslan has a volatile relationship with his father Lucifer. Being born from a pagan Goddess doesn’t exactly put him in good graces. When he lived in Hell,they were constantly fighting and Ruslan usually lost only to get beat up and hurt both mentally and psychically. He cal only see out of eye due to other being permanently damaged in a fight with his father. His father always expected him to pretty close to perfect but Ruslan couldn’t do that.
