Jirachi

A rather odd boy, one that many find hard to understand.  He's a loner, and for the most part keeps to himself.  It's speculated that he's so secluded that he's unable to evolve from his juvenile form, and to some extent this is true; he's never made enough friends to be able to evolve himself.  Though he doesn't mind, seeing it as a positive that he's retained his youth.

Don't be mistaken though, Jirachi is without a doubt strange.  His interests include gem collecting and spelunking, and as a result he spends most of his time underground.  When seen he'll tend to shield himself from view with his scarf before swiftly making an exit.
