Kovold is quite the trickster, finding joy in mischief. While their shenanigans can be harmful, they are generally nothing catastrophic. Kovold takes great pleasure in creating small inconveniences and frustrations - hiding keys, tying shoelaces together, slashing the wires on an alarm clock, etc. If misfortune befalls you and you hear a high-pitched snicker, it's likely Kovold was the culprit.
