Rare is it that one can be known over the breadth of the Grove, but Honeybreeze (or "Bee," as her friends - everyone - knows her) is enough of a social butterfly that it's probably less common to find someone who isn't aware of her in some capacity. Her general good cheer and energy lend themselves well to maintaining friendships, and her willingness to be generous with her time and understanding have gained her a reputation as a good grottoling to go to for a helping hand. Although not particularly academic, many find that her bubbly demeanour masks a surprisingly insightful individual. Some grottolings might find her a little overbearing, especially as she tends to deliberately overplay her natural demeanour with those she's unfamiliar with, and this has led to the occasional claim that she's, well..."false."

Which is ridiculous, of course! She's just eager to please and full of good cheer. It's irrelevant that she has a fear of being disliked, or that she's repressing her inherent tendencies for just a little bit of jealousy and pettiness, because what kind of friend would that make her? Besides, someone has to counterbalance her snappy older sister or her blunt best friend, and she's in the best position to do that, so it's fine, don't worry about it.

Relationships

Orchid Breeze [ sister ]

Bee's relationship with her older sister is...frayed, slightly, out of both worry for her mental health and frustration at her snappy, somewhat selfish demeanour. Nowadays their interactions mostly consist of equal flarings of temper or humour, as well as Bee's attempts to get Orchid to put down her work for once.

Little Wonders [ best friend ]

Despite their wildly differing walks of life, Bee and Wonders are a close-knit pair. Even if they don't talk for days at a time, you can be sure they'll be back to cracking jokes within five minutes of meeting, although Bee finds Wonder's bluntness and tendency for escalation somewhat grating at times.

Teacake [ friend ]

Know each other peripherally through their sisters, and get along quite well - Bee has donated some of her own baking recipes to the Teahouse, and they will occasionally conspire to reel in Wonders or force Orchid to take a damn nap.
