Luck is always on this lady's side, Octavia grew up with the proverbial silver spoon in her mouth. She is known for being wickedly clever and has made it very difficult for her parents to find her a suitable match. She's headstrong, outspoken, and independent, and is never afraid to take a risk. She is notoriously good at gambling, but knows her limits, though she can be a bit of a sore loser those few times she does lose. She was raised in Heart C, but moved to Heart A, though she is known to frequent Heart B's nightlife as well. 

She loves to have fun and is always on the lookout for the next thrill. For the rare moments she is quiet, O can be found doing yoga or meditating. She is also known for taking many lovers, with no interest in settling down any time soon. She adores her sister Donna, and knows that despite her sister's more reserved nature, she is a shrewd card player and easily one of the quickest Bamharr out there.
