Megan Snow *aka Goldfang*

So she is a shape shifting werewolf who can change her shape at will. She was part of a science experiment by HYDRA to try and splice human and animal DNA. It was part of the Winter Soldier project but it went terribly wrong and they instead scrapped the idea. They managed to create a creature that would obey their commands and kill upon request. Well it went pretty well until she started to question what they made her do. They started having her attack innocent people and ruining lives. She fought against them one day, destroying her creators and escaping the lab. She stayed living in the woods for a couple of years until she finally came across Steve Rodgers in the woods. He sympathized with her and convinced SHEILD to take her in and teach her the ways of good. 

Her powers are she can shift at will and has keen senses of smell, sight, and hearing. In her human form she wields a bunch of daggers and has amazing accuracy as well as the enhanced senses. She didn't dissolve when Thanos snapped his fingers and instead left the team temporarily to try and destroy the members of HYDRA who remained (post Avengers Infinity War). She took many of their lives and set one of their labs on fire but in her thirst for revenge she also fell into the fire, burning her face and  blinding her in one eye. She also lost one of her canines and Tony replaced with gold vibranium, hence the hero name "Goldfang".
