Luger: Rapid-fire hitscan, semi-automatic handgun. 

Off Weapon: 

Thunder: Cirrus ejects steam from both his hands to burn an enemy in front of him which deals 4 seconds of tick damage.

Passive: 

Steampowered: Cirrus’ backpack slowly generates steam over time. The more steam he generates, the further he can glide and the bigger his ultimate abilities’ AOA. Takes 10 seconds to refill fully.

Movement: 

Glide: Cirrus can glide a short distance between high places using his wings. He drags his reticle to choose his trajectory and speed, but is limited by the amount of steam he currently has generated. He can go quite fast at maximum steampower.

Ultimate: 

Cloud Cover: Cirrus propels several feet in the air, then ejects all the steam he has generated over a large area below. This cloud is impenetrable to enemy vision (except to widowmaker’s ultimate, hanzo’s sonic arrow, and sombra’s hacked/passive ability) but his team can easily see through it, allowing them to regroup and change formation while the enemy cannot see them. In addition, the cloud does tick damage to enemies if they are to enter it.
