Noticeable traits: Her colors greatly resemble her parental grandmother, Sarabi. She and her twin brother Chaka, are also the only ones of Simba and Nala's children to have "outlander" noses, similar to their great uncle Scar, but colored like Pridelander noses.

"The first born daughter before Kiara. She and her twin, Chaka, were born some months after their older brother, Kopa, goes missing and presumed dead. Their birth helps soothe their grieving parents. While Chaka is more focused on learning to be a King, Shani is an explorer by heart, loving nothing more than to go off and adventure the lands around her. She is the one who doesn't take things too seriously, either. She prefers to go with the flow, rather than worrying about things. She is even happy to gain two new siblings in Kiara and Kion when they are born. All seemed well.. Until... Chaka runs away after being denied being King due to a scar he gains as a young adult, Shani feels bad for him. When the time is right, Shani also slips away to find her brother. It takes some searching, but finds him with his new pride. Rather than forcing him to go home, Shani joins the pride too, since they are a nomad pride, meaning they traveled, which meant... Exploring! But of course, she helps her fellow lionesses hunt and bring food, making herself the lead huntress. Eventually, she falls for a male who joins the pride, named Erevu. After some time, they have two sons together. Shani, despite missing the Pridelands, feels she had found her calling in life.. Being with this nomadic pride, and having her mate and sons. Maybe some day, Chaka will gain the courage to go back and confront their father."

Roughly based on a working name for Kiara during the second movie, I ended up using the name and created an older daughter of Simba and Nala. The design is entirely mine~
