ABOUT	Harlot is a telekinetic witch, who specialises in the design and application of runic and symbolic magic. She is capable of designing new runes and symbols with special properties--protective charms, enhancements, etc.--that can be worn or tattooed onto the body. She is an apprentice at a tattoo shop in the city. Harlot is confident and fiercely protective of her friends and her own personal space. She's the pragmatic mom friend. Over the years, she has learned to channel her magic through her artistic abilities. She is a particularly talented witch, who is able to not only follow other spells, but generate new spells and new forms of spell-making. Her familiar is a black cat who spends a ridiculous amount of time sunbathing and chasing Emilia’s birds, and much less time actually keeping Harlot out of trouble.
