Post-Beastial Stuttgart is a place where thanks often isn’t shown to those who deserve it most- Saiki is one of those people who certainly deserve it though. Though bearing a cold exterior, this mafioso heiress and scion of science is the reason Stuttgart is more than just a decrepit college campus. The creator of the mass manufacture of the weapons of purity and the scientist that oversaw the development of three of Stuttgarts most dangerous fighters, Saiki is the fuel for those that dream of a puppetmaster in the shadows- the one nobody hears of, that makes the most impactful calls.

Saiki is a technically what some would call a "mad scientist" as she has a strong passion for research, knowledge, information, and the desire to advance known science in questionable manners. While she doesn't innately have a desire for power, she often doesn't dislike it as a side effect of her research. She much prefers to be the puppet master behind the scenes than any direct leader or person in power. Having been raised in organized crime, her moral compass has always been a bit skewed.
