Living his life without experiencing a merciful hand, Rose has grown up jaded and paranoid of most people. Rose is selfish by default due to his extreme mistrust of others and has become a loner. Working with others stresses him out, and he'd rather tackle a challenge on his own- or ignore it completely.
Rose is a coward and avoids conflict at all costs. However, when pushed to fight Rose is a fierce opponent. He's survived so long for a reason, and that reason is that Rose is one hell of a fighter.
Though Rose may be slow to trust, he is doggedly loyal to the few who are close to him. He is slowly learning how to love again.
- Rose has a mind-link with the queen of the primes.
- His legs were removed surgically due to being expirimented on as a child. His prosthetic legs are incredibley expensive and he saved up for years to afford them.
- Rose's primary weapon is a barbed whip, and he's very skilled with it. However, he can barely fire a gun. His fighting tactics are dependent on agility.
- Has a very deep, baritone voice, and speaks with a verry slow southern drawl.

- Rose has two tattoos- one on his left shoulder of the number '25' . The other is a partial sleeve on his right shoulder, and it's of a couple of roses! Very fitting.
