Made with the freshest, hottest peppers, dark chocolate, a cup of cinnamon sugar, a splash of Tobasco, and two drops of demon’s blood, this fearsome Cookie was handcrafted by the Witch as The Wrangler to track down rogue cookies and bring them to her. While he does his job and does it well, he has taken to a more unorthodox method for collecting bounties- the Rotten Dough Rodeo, a place built especially to lure in and terrify all cookies who enter. They say you win a prize if you can make it through the trials the Rodeo has in store- but nobody who went in has left to tell the tale… 

Enigmatic leader of- and star performer at- the Rotten Dough Rodeo. His vanity and love of scaring the soul out of those he encounters knows no bounds, and he and his Posse often travel out to neighboring towns just to scare them. Goes by his Witch Cookie Title- The Wrangler- in his day to day as well, as he also serves as one of her many Hunting hounds. His stance on his allegiance to Her seems shaky at best, however…
