Known to be a strong fighter amongst his people, Flaris is a renown hunter who remains dedicated to his nation of Miziro. Capable of taking down even the greatest of beasts, he is regaled for his power and accomplishments!

But besides what he is known for, he can appear as an intimidating hulking figure built with muscle. Always covered in dirt from his ventures and hardly taking a break to cleanse himself when needed. He doesn't speak much and is often unnoticeable as he keeps most of his thoughts and feelings to himself. Usually speaking when prompted or otherwise... part of the reason being his not so great decision making or knowledge in most other fields.

Flaris may not seem like it, but he's a particularly complex person. Where actions speak louder than words. His care for others shown moreso in his brazen fighting as he will throw himself into battle to protect those he cares about. Though he might not say as much, he regards many as friend... but has a difficult time showing his inner most thoughts.

Before the Campaign

During the Campaign

Serving as a representative of Miziro, sent by the Empress herself, Flaris journeys to the lost continent with a missive in mind. Where he will meet his fated comrades known to be Orellion, Ausperia, and Hastir. Each with their own mission of their own, but none so forthcoming save for Ausperia's simple return to her tribe who were deeper within the Lost Continent's depths.

Taking on simple jobs for the camp set up at first, they go off on their adventure to hunt one of the creatures on their list. Slowly but surely being dragged into the secrets of the continent as their journey takes them far and wide across the land. In which Flaris comes across a piece of the golden dragon orb, his body undergoing draconic changes that would slowly envelop him over the course of the campaign. Starting out with a simple splay of golden dragon scales, they would go on the further take effect as the scales increasingly covered his skin. His pupils turning into slits, horns forming on the top of his head, wings that would later grow in size...

Once they reached Ausperia's destination in mind, the group found themselves taken to the same area for awhile yet. Protecting the tribe from a Kaladonian invasion all the while as Orellion's people turned their weapons on the clan. Flaris and the group managed to hold them off as Orellion came to terms with himself and with his nation... there would be much to do from here on out.

They would later come across Snowflake who Flaris took an immediate protective liking to. He convinced the party to help her out with the crystal imbedded in her back (If only out of secret desire for it). Crossing the lands with a questionably sketchy guide by the name of Krill as they headed for the mountains in hopes of ending the icy blizzards that plagued the girl. Later finding out that she was of a clan of lost elves, the reason for her amnesia, and going forth with more determination to rid her of the crystal.

Krill was, of course, a traitorous little shit who backstabbed them the moment they entered his domain. A mountain of hell and lava as the party fought their way up the floors to escape its depths... and rescue Snowflake all the while, as she had been kidnapped from them. So much happened here-- including toppling over the entire mountain itself and later send it whirling into the atmosphere as they fought to take down its master.

Back at the Blackmoor tribe they once against run into Orellion's people who have come to destroy them once more. Orellion specifically, as he was transported to a ship headed its way there. Flaris and the others were teleported there to save their friend and managed to do so! However... they were cursed by a devil of sorts. He and Ausperia who were quickly being affected by it as they felt their alignments attempting to shift.

Drastic measures were taken as they leapt out into the plates of law and order. Putting a stop to their shift, but only temporarily as they were stuck in a place where time did not pass nor move forwards. They met Tok and Aurora, auspices of chaos and law, who would eventually transport them out of the place one the realm was threatened with high order devils. Sending them back to the mortal realm with little other plans other than to get them out of there.

...In which Flaris was graced with the presence of Bahamut and Tiamat. Twin primordial dragons who had occasionally answered his call, but now more than ever as they pressed him to do more in their stead. A decision he knew that would need to be eventually made, as he offered a pact of sorts to stay their demands while not wholly giving his control up to them.
