Misao is that kind of person that rather keeps to herself. She likes to spend time alone with a book or surfing in the internet the whole night, which is why she usually has a lack of sleep. Despite that she still enjoys being early in school before anyone else and to take care of the flowers. Due to her appearing so stoic and in generally like she doesn't care much no one ever really talks to her which is why she doesn't have any friends. Misao usually keeps her emotions bottled up for a reason, as she doesn't want her embarrassing obsession come to light: Conspiracy Theories! Once Misao gets agitated or has the opportunity to speak about her hobby she becomes a whole different person and usually goes totally overboard with it.
Misao hates crowds and places with many people, as she has difficulties to deal with others in general. She usually keeps herself calm by always expecting the worst possible outcomes of situations, but sometimes she still gets panic attacks from nowhere like when she wonders why she can't remember anything from past her 5th birthday.

Family
Misao lives together with her father Takehito Sato in a small flat in [REDACTED]. She never had a Mum and also can't remember her, but she's quite content that she still has her father. He works as a marine biologist in [REDACTED]'s marine research center [MRC] and thusly earns quite much, but decided to stay in the small flat for unknown reasons. Due to the importance of his work he isn't at home very often, so Misao cherishes the time when he is quite a lot, especially when he cooks for her. Just like Misao Takehito isn't a person of many words, but they both understand each other nevertheless. Other people would describe their relationship as distanced/aloof, but this is not the case. There isn't much more known about eventual relatives, Misao neither has siblings nor uncles or aunts. Her father never introduced her to her grandparents either.

Pee-tan is Misao's Kouhai and sits next to her in class. Misao is very skeptic regarding the penguin and tries a lot to find out how it got here in the first place and why no one else seems to be weirded out by that. Over time they will become good friends.

Tatsumi is one of Misao's classmates and probably the most popular boys of the school. Polite, friendly and always helping out when needed. Exactly that kind of person Misao would never speak to voluntarily cause they're always crowded by other students.
