Meuta

This character needs reworking.

Meuta (pronounced "MAY-oo-tah") is a very... bizarre Dreamling, to say the least. He's always been a bit of an oddball, and has never really understood what "normal" is.
Meuta is very friendly and sociable, often seen hanging in various spots around town and chatting with people he knows.
Though he's initially off-putting due to his... interesting mannerisms, Meuta is quite charming, and he's able to make friends quite easily. He's also quite playful, and likes to tease his friends (in a non-malicious way) and crack jokes every once in a while.
