The London Borough of Primrose. A rather culturally diverse yet rough and tumble part of London, England. The people there go about their daily lives despite the local dangers. Looking after them and their own, it's just how it is. That is until a new danger rears it head. Seven Tech, a large technology company, chooses Primrose to test their new experimental drug, Syn Advancers. An incident occurs, bonds are broken and forged, a monster is created and hero will soon be born.
