Noire Et Blanc

Brought to life 8 years ago due to a rather.. Excited student in Professor Ottorchis's class. However at the time, the project was said to have failed as the ink hadn't come alive as the child intended.. And thus was thrown out. However, the ink did come alive! Just a bit later and after that Noire wandered Mahou for a while. She'd even started going to school and became part of Mahou Patrol. 3 years ago she was adopted by Otto and since then has been trying to be a good daughter. Especially now that she's gotten more adoptive siblings.

Ink Splatter was the original design of Noire. Having been the original intention for her creation: A super hero. Despite being Noire in a costume, she takes on an entirely different persona than the more funloving Noire. Losing the bubbly face, literally, as she loses her mouth in the process, she instead usually is more absorbed in trying to achieve a goal, whatever that is. Ink's main magic is to create hands outta ink, she often uses it to travel around mid air, or trap whatever she needs to catch for the Mahou Patrol.

Her main source of magic is Ink, unless she gets more she only has a limited amount she can use. Most of it is stored up inside the diamond shaped emblem on her top, she just dips her brush in (or channels some out of) it whenever she needs more.
