wild animals are a mythical like thing to her (she cant pet a dear, so she dosent understand them like she dose a dog) has wonder lust but to the 'real magic' of the world that is nature. as its untouched by magic yet so easily moved by magic. a thunderstorm that the earth made by just happen stance is more of a wonder to Karmie then the strongest wizard doing the same thing. people can not understand nature the same way one could understand magic. because of this Karmie has a love that stems from fear of nature. witch is why shes more comfortable the inbweetns of nature and man-made, domesticated animals are as close she wants to be with what she see's as the overwhelming power of nature.
her wonder lust to nature is what makes her have her love for fossils, a step closer to being close to nature but in a safer way then being with a live wild animal. paleontology is simply the history of earth the history of nature. she wants to understand what nature can do by knowing what it has done.

Backstory:
Kamrie was Born too Jerry and Clara Castell in 2000. was born into the worst Circumstances a kid could be.
Jerry(16) and Clara (15) where both in high-school when there first kid Navin. Clara wanted to get rid of the kid as soon as she could but her parents didn't let her. Jerry promised to stay with Clara to take care of there kid. there relationship was rocky but it only got more rocky a year later. unknown to Jerry, Clara got pregnant again this time wanting to take things in her own hands she started taking drugs and unknown meds to try to have a miscarriage. it didnt work. to Jerry's shock Karmie was born. months early and Completely Blind. now having too kids teh two dropped out of school moved in with Jerry's family and worked full time at the family pet store. Jerry cared for Clara but she grew more and more far from him. but becuse of the kids he still asked her to marry him when they got old enough. all tho that wedding would never be remembered in a sweet heartfelt way. not even a year after the wedding one of the Dogs in the household dug up disturbing in the back yard. a body of a human fetus. about 6 of them. didnt take long for Clara to be sent to jail for 45 years (some souses say that if she behaves good in persion she may be let go early.)
After the shock of that Jerry saved up as much money as he could (thanks to his parents help) so he could move away from all those bad memory's. Jerry also changed the last name of himself and kids to Woods.
Family
Dad- Jerry Woods (37) Comes from a long line of pet store owners, at only a few years old he got his parrot Ruloo. the two are unbreakable. the best of friends. Ruloo even knows how to say a few words. Jerry even has tattoos of Ruloo. Jerry is one of the most dependable people you'll meet. willing to help anyone. he has a big heart and a bigger smile. some would say hes too easy. his biggest fault is not taking his kids emotional problems every sesroisly. he low key dosent want Navin or Karmie to ever move out, he loves them to much to see them go, and karmie is blind she needsssss help (jerry just cant let go of his little girl )
Dad's Gf- Amy Lavisherdur (31) Amy MtF trans person who's been living as a woman sense she was 15. she's been dating and for all most as long living with Jerry for the past 4 years. Amy is hyper girly love fashion makeup and drama shows. but shes quite and shy. she can have quite the tempter with the kids unlike Jerry. but also unlike Jerry understands there emotional pains. she likes working out and loves skiing. she low key aims to be the perfect Trophy wife (tho Jerry all ready see her as perfect) and sports mom. she dosent see jerry marring her any time soon she just think now isnt the time. or who knows maybe one day that will happen. Amy dosent like talking about how shes trans she only tells people if really need be.
Amy tries to get Karmie to dress girly, or to the least dress nicely but Karmie dosent get why she needs to dress nicely. Amy hearing that Karmie is interested in doing sports low key really really wishes she dose so she can makes treats for everyone on the team, and buy everyone mugs at mugo'mac. and just be the best sport mom one could be.
Brother- Navin Valens Woods (22) Nain honestly forgets his sister is blind. he dosent like saying it but Karmie is his best friend. he may be a air head but at least he understands the internet and memes. he has 717,358 subs on youtube and he loves them all. his chancel had a lot of phases over the years. what ever to be at the top, right now he dose lets plays and comaraty videos. he dosent go to collage but he drives Karmie to school and work. (he dosent work at the pet store cuz he dosent want any one to point at him and say "HEY YOUR THE BOI ON THE YOUTUBES")
