Tembo 🐾

Revived as part of the "Prehistoric Project," an endeavor to clone and modify extinct species (plants and animals alike) in order to domesticate them for agricultural and companionship purposes. So, naturally, as one of the first, he was swiftly plucked from the rest of his kin by a wealthy collector: Samerra Penrose. Graced with amplified intelligence, he functions throughout the day well enough... However, his age still retains all the memories of old, making this new territory ever unfamiliar to him. At the very least, the plants his owner has acquired make the terrain somewhat less foreign.

The biggest issue is the outdoors. Last time she took him on a walk, he chased after one of the mini-horses! And brought back a prize Samerra had to quickly hide (nope, nope, no law suit on her paws!). The second time, he disappeared into the gardens for a whole day, only to come back with yet another prize (also very quickly hidden). The beach.. that's nice enough. He's a tad skittish of water, but this big ol' brute just loves to run across the shore with the wet sand between his toe beans.
